Online and phone support for carers is currently available via the Carer Gateway ph. 1800 422 737 or www.carergateway.gov.au. The Australian Government recently announced in person services for carers will commence from April 2020. In person services will include carer support planning, coaching, peer support, counselling, carer directed packages and emergency respite care. These services will be provided by regional delivery partners including Carers NSW.
