FlexEquip is a service of MND NSW providing fast access to equipment and assistive technology.

Who can access FlexEquip assistive technology (aids and equipment)?

Over 65 - No Cost

If you are over 65 and diagnosed with MND you may be eligible for no-cost equipment.

FlexEquip is for adults with MND and for adult NDIS participants.

NDIS Funded

If you are an adult with an NDIS plan that includes assistive technology supports, you can access assistive technology (aids and equipment) through FlexEquip.

How to get equipment from FlexEquip

Get Support: Intake Form

Complete our Get Support: Intake Form and we will send you a Service Agreement to review and sign.
Tell your health professional you have joined FlexEquip
Have your equipment needs assessed by your health professional
Your health professional completes a referral on the FlexEquip website for all the items you need
FlexEquip arrange delivery and deliver items to you.
